Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse in a healthcare organization. The position involves providing critical care to adult patients in a specialized care environment. The assignment is for an 8-week duration starting 01/05/2027, with night shift hours and every other weekend required. The role requires flexibility to float to other units such as Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), step-down, and Emergency Department (ED) to support patient care needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts (MA) license (can be applied at time of offer), and certifications including CPR-AHA, ACLS-AHA. Experience of 2-3 years in a related healthcare setting required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, post-STEMI care, and CCRN certification preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, including to PACU, step-down units, and ED for the care of holding patients.
• Additional Information: Epic experience is required. Pass/Fail ECG/Telemetry tests and medications test are required at day one orientation. No holiday off requests accepted beyond one and no more than three days of time off requested. Local candidates are accepted at a reduced rate.
