Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent ED and/or ICU nursing experience required
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred/current
• EPIC experience required
• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
• Flexibility to support multiple patient care areas based on unit needs

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based critical care nursing care across assigned units
• Float between ICU, Intermediate Care, and Medical-Surgical areas as needed
• Monitor patients closely and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Follow unit protocols, infection prevention standards, and patient safety guidelines
• Adapt quickly to changing patient assignments and support unit coverage needs
