Job Summary: The organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Cardiovascular in Santa Clara, California. This role involves providing advanced nursing care in a high-acuity environment, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to work a night shift schedule with a commitment of 36 hours per week, starting on September 8, 2026.
Job Details:
Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years, graduate of an accredited nursing program, Licensed Registered Nurse (in the state where care is provided), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and current license and certifications
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field, two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience, NIH Stroke Scale Certificate, CCRN certification, dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience
Additional Information: This position requires clinical expertise in cardiovascular intensive care, adherence to hospital policies and SOPs, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced healthcare environment. The candidate must be prepared for the physical demands of night shift hours and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
