Job Details:
Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in California; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification; 2 years of experience in an acute care facility
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient data; analyzes assessment information; develops and implements care plans; collaborates with the healthcare team; evaluates progress and outcomes; facilitates discharge planning; delegates duties; provides patient and family education; participates in operational duties as assigned
