ICU RN – Travel Contract

Specialty: ICU RN
Contract: 13 Weeks, with possible extension
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Schedule: 4×12s | Every other weekend
 

Position Highlights

• Start date: Approximately 3 weeks after offer
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Possible floating to IMCU/Stepdown or CPU
• Holiday coverage required
• Minimal to no RTO; all RTO must be included at submission
• Royal Blue scrubs required; not provided
• Cerner/Soarian EMR
• No travel pairs

✅ Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS

Required ICU Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
• Ventilator management
• ICP monitoring
• Telemetry and dysrhythmia management
• PA line / Swan-Ganz monitoring
• Balloon pump experience
• IV starts
• Continuous IV sedation
• Critical drips
• Care of ventilated patients

• Copy of driver's license to verify residence
• Active license required; pending license considered only with proof the process is underway

Radius Rule

• Under 30 miles: Not accepted
• 31–50 miles: Local rate applies and is $5/hr lower
• Over 50 miles: Travel rate applies
