First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Peoria, Illinois.
POSITION:: RN – ICU
Location: Peoria, IL
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 10/12/2026
Shift: Night Shift | 12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Weekend Rotation: Every Other Weekend
Call: Not Required at This Time
PAY PACKAGE – 36 HOURS
• Weekly Gross: $3,123/week
• W2 Pay: $25/Hour
• Weekly Stipend: 1,723/week
• Overtime: $37.50/Hour
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience
• Active Illinois RN License or proof license application has been initiated
• BLS – AHA required
• ACLS – AHA required
• EPIC experience
• Experience caring for sedated and ventilated patients
• Experience titrating vasopressors, sedation, and pain-control drips
• PEG tube care/feedings required
• CVC/PICC/Midline usage and care
• Tracheostomy patient experience
• Must be able to care for respiratory failure, post-surgical, cardiac, post-CVA, and post-trauma patients
• ICU nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2–3
• May float to MedSurg
• Scrubs required
• 2 unit orientation shifts with a preceptor
• Local candidates within 50 miles are subject to local rate
