Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Portland, Maine.
Description: This is a float pool position. Candidate must be willing to float to multiple different units. Candidate must have acute care hospital experience.
Shift: 7am to 7:30 pm or 7pm to 7:30 am Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48
Weekends required Call Requirements: no Years of Experience: 3 years ICU experience Float Requirements: Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU based on HCP experience. Floating to any IMC at the organization, patient ratios 1:3 in IMC. Number of Beds: Varies based on unit Patient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 in IMC) Equipment: EMR: EPIC Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience, Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience Type of Patients on Unit: You will float to SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, & CICU. You will be expected to care for basic ICU patients in each department such as sedated, intubated & pressors but you will not be caring for high complexity patients such as CRRT.
