AMHS Staffing Alliance is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Albany, New York.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years RN experience
NYS RN License
EPIC EMR
AHA BLS & ACLS
Must have SEPS, EVD, Neuro, & ICU experience
D5E is a neurosciences unit. The PCU has 22 neuro progressive care beds with patients requiring monitoring from every 15 minutes to every 2 hours. Patients in the PCU are those with fresh strokes, subarachnoid hemorrhages, TPA administration – either initiated or maintained on the unit, craniotomies, ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, SEPS drains, anti-hypertensive medication drips such as Cleviprex and other neuro patients requiring close monitoring. 5 of the 22 beds are Medical / Surgical patients.
