Travel Nurse RN - Infusion - $2,250 per week in Baltimore, MD

Job Title: Ambulatory Oncology Infusion RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Oncology Infusion Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 10 Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Experience: 2 years RN experience License: RN license Certifications: BLS; chemo/bio/immunotherapy provider card Must-Have: Oncology infusion experience; very proficient at IV insertions; ONS/OCC chemo card Description: The role involves responsibilities in an infusion center focused on patient care. Candidates must have experience with peripheral intravenous insertion and blood drawing skills. Familiarity with accessing, maintaining, and de-accessing central lines is required. Candidates should possess assessment skills for a variety of medical conditions. Ongoing patient education is a crucial responsibility. This position is in a very fast-paced environment, requiring continual patient monitoring throughout treatments. Nurses will need to intervene rapidly in emergent situations. A supportive environment is prioritized to ensure patient-focused care. Preferred experience includes Epic and Beacon proficiency, as well as travel and emergency room experience. Chemo competency in an ambulatory setting is highly preferred.
