Shift: Days, 9a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend on-call shifts (1 full weekend (Friday 5pm- 8:30am Monday morning every 7-8 weeks)
No holiday

Requirements:

• MD License
• 2 years’ experience
• Highly proficient with IV placements, infusion therapies, Ports, PICC lines and comfortable managing patients independently in the field required
• BLS
• Prior home infusion experience, home care experience, experience with remote client documentation and or Epic preferred
