Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Infusion Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ONS/ONCC Certified Must-Have: - Previous travel experience required - Prior charge experience preferred - Experience with Epic charting system preferred Description: RN needed for infusion and chemotherapy department. The department is experiencing growth and expansion. Candidates must have a valid RN license and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and ONS/ONCC. Responsibilities include accessing and managing ports, administering chemotherapy and blood products, and patient education and support. Candidates should be proficient in medication administration and patient care coordination. Experience with handling cytotoxic spills and conducting patient assessments is preferred. The unit serves adult and geriatric patients with a growing daily census. Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services, pharmacy, and social services. Candidates must provide a complete work history going back 7 years. References from the last year are required. Familiarity with patient ratios and care management in an infusion setting is essential.
