The nurse will provide care for patients with multiple myeloma and lymphoma in an outpatient setting. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in infusion centers and outpatient oncology. They should be proficient in Epic charting. Floating within the facility or nearby affiliate hospitals may be required. All necessary certifications need to be current prior to starting the position. The role includes administering chemotherapy, managing ports, and providing patient education. The nurse will also be responsible for monitoring patients for side effects and managing acute symptoms. Candidates will be part of an interdisciplinary support team, contributing to the overall patient care.
