Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with oncology experience to join our team. This position will involve working with patients undergoing infusion and chemotherapy treatments. Candidates will need to demonstrate flexibility as the role requires floating between multiple locations within the region.

Schedule

• Shifts available from 5:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
• Orientation sessions held biweekly.
• Upcoming orientation dates: September 21 and October 5.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and infusion treatments to patients.
• Monitor patient responses and manage care adjustments as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with oncology teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float between different locations as required by staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Oncology experience is required; ONS or chemotherapy certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA is required.
• Must be in good standing and separated from previous positions for at least 6 months.
