Job Title: Oncology Nursing Educator

Description:
Develop, coordinate, and deliver evidence-based educational programs and competency validation for oncology nursing staff.
Collaborate with nurse leadership, clinical specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to support orientation, professional development, and continuing education.
Monitor compliance with oncology-specific regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards, including guidelines for chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification and competency requirements.
IV insertion and phlebotomy skills are required.
