You will work closely with physicians and surgical residents to deliver high-level care for critically ill patients. Required qualifications include an active RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, and experience in ICU settings. Proficiency in ventilator management, continuous renal replacement therapy, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems is essential.
