Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $1,605 per week in Conroe, TX

The unit has 30 beds and a staff of 82, including nurses and charge nurses. Patient ratios in the ICU can be 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1, depending on the acuity of the patients. Types of equipment used in the unit include CRRT, IABP, and Impella. Experience with ventilators and cardiovascular drips is essential for this role. Neuro experience is preferred. Typical procedures performed include thoracentesis and arterial line and central line placement. The dress code consists of royal blue scrubs. There are four weekend shifts required as part of the schedule. There is no on-call duty associated with this position.
