- **Unit Information:**
- Location: C Tower, 3rd Floor
- Address: 3901 W. 15th St. Plano, TX 75075
- Number of Beds: 30
- Number of Staff: 85
- **Staffing Dynamics:**
- Day Shift: 1 CNC/Relief Charge; RNs and PCTs vary based on census
- Night Shift: 1 CNC/Relief Charge; RNs and PCTs vary based on census
- **Patient Ratios:**
- 2:1 for ICU
- 4:1 for PCU
- **Equipment and Technology:**
- Critical Care Equipment
- Burn ICU and Trauma ICU Technology
- EMR: Meditech
- **Qualifications We're Looking For:**
- Must Have:
- Trauma, Burn, or Surgical ICU experience
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Preferred:
- BSN
- CCRN
- **Typical Procedures Performed:**
- Wound care
- Codes
- EVDs (External Ventricular Drains)
- MTP (Massive Transfusion Protocol)
- **Ideal Personality Traits:**
- Team-oriented
- Willing to ask questions
- Eager to help others
- **Required Certifications:**
- RN
- **Floating Areas:**
- MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or any PCU unit
- **Dress Code:**
- Scrub Color/Attire: Royal Blue
- **Weekend Commitment:**
- 2 weekends per pay period
