Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU

• Perform and monitor complex patient care in the ICU unit
• Administer medications and IV therapy
• Interpret lab results and manage the patient care plan
• Operate and troubleshoot medical devices such as monitors and ventilators
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Requirements of the RN - ICU

• Active TX RN License (temporary licenses not accepted)
• ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Certification
• Minimum 2-3 years of ICU experience
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Experience with procedures such as intubations, central lines, art lines, and more
