Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse ICU – Tennessee

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Self-scheduling with manager oversight including 3-4 weekend shifts per schedule period. Floating to Med-Surg or ED as needed for critical staffing needs.

• 9-bed Intensive Care Unit with patient ratios of 2:1 and 3:1
• All-RN staffing model ensuring collaborative, professional nursing environment
• Advanced critical care equipment including ventilators, Alaris IV pumps, and GE monitors
• Documentation using Meditech EMR system
• Facility holds Chest Pain Center and Stroke Accreditation designations
• Patient-centered care model with AIDET protocols and bedside shift reporting

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Advanced skills in ventilator management, IV drip titration, and arterial line management
• Experience supporting procedures including intubations, central line insertions, and arterial line insertions
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
