Typical patient ratios include 1:2 but may adjust to 1:1 or 1:3 based on acuity and staffing. Equipment used includes IV pumps, chest tubes, monitoring systems, and feeding pumps. Must be adaptable, dependable, and focused on patient care and quality improvement. Dress code mandates wearing black scrubs without any unacceptable attire.
