Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $1,864 per week in Englewood, CO

Job Title: RN - Cardiac ICU Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of current acute care ICU hospital experience License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: - Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. - Minimum 1 year current acute care ICU hospital experience. - BLS, ACLS & NIH certifications are required. Description: This position is for a travel Registered Nurse in the Cardiac ICU. The unit consists of 16 beds and has a total of 60 staff members. Patient ratios are 1 RN to 2 patients. The equipment used includes cardiac monitors, ventilators, IV pumps, tube feed pumps, and Swan catheters. The electronic medical record system in use is Meditech. Preferred qualifications include experience with neuro and medical ICU patient populations. Prior experience with the Meditech system is also preferred. Typical procedures performed in this unit include intubations and central line placements. We are looking for a collaborative and team-oriented individual. Patient care experience is a priority.
