Key Responsibilities of the RN - Cardiac ICU

Provide high-level nursing care in the Cardiac ICU
Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs
Operate and manage cardiac monitoring equipment and ventilators
Collaborate with team members including physicians, RNs, and support staff
Perform critical procedures such as intubations and central line placements

Requirements of the RN - Cardiac ICU

Minimum 1-year current acute care ICU hospital experience
BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
Experience with neuro and medical ICU populations
Prior Meditech experience preferred
