Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit- Monitor and manage patient care and status shifts within a 12-bed ICU unit
- Utilize equipment such as monitors, CRRT, IV, fluid warmers, and blanket coolers
- Perform procedures such as dialysis line insertions, arterial line insertions, cardioversion, and thoracentesis
- Effectively communicate with staff and providers to prioritize patient experience
- Float as needed to all 3 Wesley Campus locations
Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experience
- Valid BLS, ACLS & NIH certifications
- Ventilator competency and IV gtt competency
