This position encompasses managing patients post-kidney transplant within a dynamic outpatient clinic environment. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit- Triage post-transplant patient calls
- Order and review lab results and escalate when needed
- Schedule testing when indicated (transplant biopsy, diagnostic exam)
- Enter electronic prescriptions
- Clinic prep and patient assessments if needed
Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit- BLS certification
- Strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization
