Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1+ years in ICU License: Pending NM license accepted Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience of 2 years - Patient ratio experience of 1:2 Description: Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the ICU. This position is for night shifts, working three 12-hour shifts per week. First-time travelers are welcomed to apply. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of ICU experience. Must be available for weekends and floating as required. Ratios are maintained at 1:2 for nights. Nurses will care for both chronic and acute conditions. Required skills include arterial line management, central line care, and ventilator management. Experience with neuro intensive care and procedural sedation is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction. Floating may be required to similar units, with capped patient assignments. Caring for adults with various diagnoses is expected. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential. All interested applicants should ensure they meet the necessary qualifications.
