Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $1,961 per week in Charleston, SC

We are seeking passionate ICU RNs ready for an engaging travel assignment. **Job Description:** - **Location:** North Charleston, SC - **Unit:** 65020 ICU - **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - **Schedule Requirements:** - 3 - 12 hour shifts per week - Every other weekend and holiday rotations - **Unit Specifics:** - Patient Ratio: 1:2, 1:3 (holding inpatient PCU/med surg admissions) - Unit Capacity: 28 mixed ICU beds - Equipment: - i-mobile phones for each care team member - Mobile computer workstation on wheels - Documentation system: Meditech - Floating Policy: Travelers float first to the emergency department or PCU for patient care - **Patient Care Expectations:** - Conduct bedside shift reports for every patient hand-off - Competently care for up to 1-3 ICU patients, including those on ventilators - **Desired Skills & Qualifications:** - 36 months of RN experience with at least 1 year in an ICU - Familiarity with Meditech preferred - Ability to manage advanced skills including: - CRRT - Advanced Hemodynamics - Phlebotomy - Experience with post-op CABG, impellas, balloon pumps, Swan Ganz, EVDs, and hypothermia protocols - **Certifications Required:** - BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale - **Dress Code:** - Navy uniform required - **Embrace Learning Opportunities:** - Training available for those interested in becoming skilled Neuro ICU or Cardiovascular ICU nurses. - Unique opportunity to gain experience with head and neck flap procedures at one of the nation's leading programs. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
