There will be an expectation to remain at the facility until after the event passes or be part of the relief team. Specific details pertaining to pay will be communicated during each emergency event, as impacts may vary. By signing your travel contract, you accept the conditions above and will report as assigned by your immediate unit manager during emergencies. You should only apply for this role if you are comfortable with the responsibilities outlined. Average daily census is 44. Patient ratio is 1:2. Weekend coverage is every other weekend. Certifications required include ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. Two years of experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted. Scrub color is royal blue.
