Pay Rate: $1998.00 - $2100.00
RN ICU jobs in Grafton, WI let you provide critical care to diverse patient populations in the facility’s 2nd Floor ICU, a Level III trauma center with advanced technology and a collaborative team environment1.
You will assess, plan, and implement care for patients with complex needs, including ventilator and trach management, invasive lines, and post-surgical recovery. Experience with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), balloon pumps, and EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred.
To qualify, you must have an active Wisconsin RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. A minimum of 3 years of recent ICU experience is required. Recommended skills include strong critical thinking, teamwork, and adaptability in high-acuity settings.
