Shift: Night Shift (12x3)
Pay Rate: $2000 – $2200/week

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions with precision
- Administer medications, IVs, and advanced life-support treatments
- Operate and manage critical care equipment (ventilators, monitors, pumps)
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care
- Respond rapidly to emergencies—because seconds matter
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
