Job Description:
Looking for an ICU RN who can think fast, act confidently, and deliver exceptional patient care in high-pressure situations. You will care for critically ill patients while working closely with a dedicated healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced critical care environment
