Registered Nurse (RN) - MICU jobs in Columbus, OH let you provide critical care to patients with complex medical conditions at the facility, a university hospital recognized for excellence in patient outcomes and professional practice. You will manage patients with severe infections, respiratory failure, and multi-organ dysfunction, using advanced monitoring and life support technologies and documenting care in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
To qualify, you must hold a current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid multistate compact RN license, with Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. At least two years of recent medical intensive care unit (MICU) or critical care nursing experience is required. Experience with EMR documentation and strong assessment skills are recommended.
