Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,025 per week in Columbia, SC

Schedule: 36-hour orientation; patient ratios vary from 1:2 to 1:4 based on acuity level

Highlights:

• 16-bed mixed-acuity ICU servicing Critical Care, Stepdown, and Cardiac Telemetry patients
• Dynamic environment requiring flexibility across three levels of patient acuity
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV Teams, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Rapid Response Teams, and Pharmacy
• Daily census of approximately 11 patients with adult patient population
• EPIC EMR system (minimum 1 year experience required)
• Pre-assignment modules are reimbursable up to 16 hours

Requirements:

• Active RN license in South Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• CCRN certification preferred
• Demonstrated competency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Experience with continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation administration/monitoring
• Care of ventilated patients
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
• Must reside at least 100 miles from facility to qualify for travel assignment
