Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,034 per week in Franklin, OH

Candidates must have experience with CABG and valve post-operative care. Experience with Impella, IABP, and CRRT is also required. Targeted patient ratios are 1:2 for critical care patients and 1:3 for intermediate level patients. Candidates must pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting. A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, with a BSN preferred. Two years of experience is required. Experience with the EPIC charting system is mandatory. Travelers may be required to float to other units based on census and skill sets. Floating may include high-risk respiratory units. Travelers should be available to work every other weekend and holiday. The facility reserves the right to cancel shifts due to low census. Customer service is a top priority in this role. The unit has a daily census of 24, with a total of 26 beds. Interdisciplinary support is available from various services including physical therapy and respiratory services. Preferred skills include managing ports and administration of chemotherapy. Experience in caring for ventilated patients is necessary. Knowledge of cardiac surgeries and related procedures is essential. Candidates must be comfortable floating and working with high-acuity patients.
