Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU
Monitor patient vital signs and maintain accurate records of patient care.
Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed by the healthcare physician.
Respond to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards and protocols.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Operate and monitor medical equipment pertinent to the ICU setting.
Requirements of the RN - ICU
Current RN license
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
CPI (we will offer this if not already certified)
Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
TNCC preferred
