Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,095 per week in Mount Clemens, MI

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 3+ years of experience required. Completion of 1+ travel assignment required. License: Michigan license verification required. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS, ACLS (AHA) required. Must-Have: - Primarily ICU experience, with the ability to float to CVICU preferred. - Skills checklist completed within the last year for RN specialties is required. Description: The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Carries out functions according to hospital policy, the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines. Directs, coordinates, and delegates activities to foster patient and family-centered care. Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient. Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs. Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs. Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions. Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development. A strict attendance policy is in place. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift three times will be terminated immediately. Exceptions will be reviewed in favor of the contractor if supported by evidence.
