Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – West Virginia

Schedule: 3x12 hour night shifts, 1900-0700, self-scheduling available. 13-week assignment with 12 hours of orientation. 2:1 patient ratio. Minimum 3 weekend shifts per contract required.

• Float to like units only; one period of pre-approved time off available
• Diverse case mix including neuro ICU, surgical ICU, trauma care, cardiovascular interventions, and complex medical management

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS
• Preferred certifications: PALS, TNCC
• Cerner charting system experience highly preferred
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility location
• Completion of lab work within 72 hours of contract signing required

Patient Population:

Adult and geriatric critical care patients with complex medical and surgical needs.
