You will provide care for acutely ill patients, manage ventilators, administer medications, and document in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active Iowa RN license or compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, and at least 1 year of recent ICU experience.
Skills in hemodynamic monitoring, critical thinking, and rapid response are valuable for this role. Experience with EMR systems and adaptability in high-pressure situations is recommended.
