Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,200 per week in Seattle, WA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Care Float Duration: 20-26 Weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience required. License: Active nursing license required. Certifications: BCLS, ACLS required; TNCC preferred. Must-Have: Recent ICU experience within the last year. Must be proficient in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Academic or teaching facility experience required. Strong ICU experience is required. Description: Registered Nurse for a Critical Care Float position. Candidates are required to float to all critical care units. Must work 2 of the 3 holidays. Must submit requested time off prior to submission. Additional requests for time off will not be granted after an offer has been made. References must be from a direct supervisor. Telemetry experience is required. Required skills include vents, IV start, telemetry, and conscious sedation. Preferred skills include ICP and PA line management. Daily patient ratios are 1:1-2. Weekend coverage is required, every other weekend. Candidates must have experience in traumatic brain injury and neuro intensive care units. Floating to observation holding areas may be necessary. Experience should include management of ventilated patients and central line care. Compliance with a background check is necessary. Strong candidates will have varied ICU experience beyond just one specialty area.
