Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NIHSS Must-Have: - BLS certification - ACLS certification - TNCC certification - NIHSS certification Description: This position requires working three days a week including every weekend. The primary responsibility is providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. The RN will collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective teamwork. Critical thinking and quick decision-making skills are essential in this fast-paced environment. The role also involves monitoring patient status and reacting promptly to changes. Maintaining accurate patient records is required. The RN must adhere to all safety and infection control protocols. Flexibility to float to other units may be required based on patient needs.
