The patient ratio is 1:2.
Staff on this unit care for adult patients with medical conditions.
Common patient populations include those with sepsis, respiratory issues, and some cardiac and trauma cases.
The team fosters a collaborative environment and values accountability in delivering best practices.
Weekend shifts are required every other weekend.
There are no call requirements for this position.
