Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,227 per week in Gilbert, AZ

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 24 months ICU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice, verified within the last 30 days Certifications: Active ACLS certification from approved vendor Active BLS certification from approved vendor Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice Candidates must provide a driver’s license to verify residency Candidates must complete a skills checklist for ICU within the last 12 months Description: Navy scrubs are required. Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments. Candidates must be able to start on the specified start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off (RTO) must be noted and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO is allowed during the first week of the assignment. Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in. Candidates must provide the names of all departments they are experienced in and willing to work. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment. Immediate notification is required if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Strict adherence to all background check standards is required. The profile must include a completed cover page and a resume with all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and bed count listed.
