Travel RN-ICU jobs in Aitkin, MN let you deliver critical care to patients in a hospital intensive care unit, focusing on assessment, treatment, and monitoring of complex conditions. You will provide professional nursing care, administer prescribed treatments, and document all care in the electronic medical record (EMR).
To qualify, you need a current Minnesota RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required. Experience with EMR systems and strong clinical assessment skills are necessary.
Recommended skills include adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly in urgent situations.
