Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,235 per week in Gilbert, AZ

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months ICU experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days Certifications: Active ACLS certification, Active BLS certification Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice, Driver's license to verify residency Description: Navy scrubs required. Three 12-hour shifts, Sunday through Saturday. Candidates must be available to start on the listed start date or within one week. Requested time off (RTO) must be included and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO is allowed during the first week of assignment. Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in. Candidates should specify all shifts and departments they are experienced in and willing to work. Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment. All candidates should have life support certifications from an approved vendor. Background checks will be conducted to ensure compliance with all standards. ICU skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months. Active certifications must come from approved vendors. Travel experience is highly preferred. Candidates must be aware of strict adherence to all requirements.
