Job Title: Registered Nurse

Experience: Minimum of 24 months ICU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months
License: Active license to practice
Certifications: BLS and ACLS from approved vendors
Must-Have:
No hits on state license to practice
Driver's license to verify residency
ICU skills checklist completed in the last 12 months
Description:
Weekend and holiday rotation required.
Possible call and floating to support other units.
Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept.
Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite the offer process.
Candidates must be able to start on the specified start date or no more than one week later.
Requested Time Off (RTO) must be listed and cannot exceed 7 days.
No RTO during the first week of assignment.
Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in.
All shifts the candidate is willing to work must be specified.
Departments the candidate is experienced and willing to work in must be listed.
Candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.
Immediate notification is requested if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available.
Strict adherence to all background check standards is required.
