Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,253 per week in Mesa, AZ

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 24 months ICU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months ICU experience. - Life support certifications must be from an approved vendor. - No hits on state license to practice. - Candidates must provide a driver's license to verify residency. Description: Candidates must be experienced and willing to work in adult ICU. Navy scrubs are required. Availability for weekends, holidays, and floating per department guidelines is expected. Stroke experience and NIHSS certification are required. Candidates should outline all criteria they are willing to accept clearly. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite the offer process. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. RTO must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO during the first week of assignment. Candidates should be prepared to list all facilities they are willing to work in. All candidates submitted must be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Immediate notification is required if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available. All candidates must complete the ICU skills checklist within the last 12 months. Active licenses must be verified within the last 30 days. Active BLS and ACLS certifications from approved vendors are required.
