Description:
Responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the intensive care unit.
Must demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to react to emergency situations.
Engage in continuous monitoring and assessment of patient conditions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in patient education and family support.
Must be willing to work every third weekend.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
Adhere to safety and infection control policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
