Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,260 per week in Milwaukee, WI

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Critical Care ICU Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 4 years License: RN Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Experience with vents, trachs, art lines, vasopressor and sedation management, central line blood draws - EPIC experience required Description: This is a critical care nursing position in an intensive care unit. The unit handles neurocritical patients, including those with ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, seizures, and spinal surgeries. Patients may be assigned with ratios typically ranging from 1:1 to 1:3 based on acuity. The unit supports a collaborative work environment with a focus on evidence-based practice. Critical care nurse practitioners and intensivists are available to provide additional support. Telemetry monitoring is available at bedside and at the nurse's station. There is a rotation for working weekends and holidays. All staff are expected to adhere to fatigue policy regulations. The unit encourages strong teamwork and collaboration among staff.
