Job Title: ICU/CCU RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour or Night 4x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years current experience required. License: Must have a valid state or compact license. Certifications: Required: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIH. Must-Have: - 2 patient ratios. - Float required within scope of practice. - Every other weekend required. - Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated. Description: The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of current experience in the ICU. Experience with Meditech EMR is preferred. Candidates must be able to float within their scope of practice. Every other weekend is required. Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated. Orientation is held bi-weekly. Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be considered. Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of an offer. A valid driver's license is required with all submissions. Only one application can be submitted at a time. Previous charge experience is preferred. Charting system experience is preferred. Candidates are required to have certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. The role requires skills such as managing ports, arterial line management, ventilator management, and blood product administration. The patient demographic includes adults and geriatrics.
