# Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – New Hampshire**Start Date:** October 5, 2026 **Location:** Manchester, New Hampshire **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Variable shifts with every third weekend; no on-call required**Highlights:**- 20-bed Intensive Care Unit providing mixed medical and surgical critical care services- Patient ratios vary based on acuity: 2:1 for ECMO, 1:1 for post-cardiac surgery and critical devices, 1:2 for typical ICU assignments, and 1:3-4 for step-down patients- Work with advanced critical care equipment including ECMO, Impella, IABP, CRRT (NxStage), ventilators, high flow nasal cannula, and chest tubes- Sunrise EMR system; may float to Progressive Care unit as needed- Collaborative staffing model with charge nurse, 8-10 RNs, 1-3 LNAs, and sitters PRN per shift- Exposure to diverse procedures including central and arterial line insertion, intubation, chest tube insertion, cardioversion, and transvenous pacing wire insertion**Requirements:**- Active New Hampshire RN license in hand prior to submission- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required- Telemetry experience required; PCU or higher level experience strongly preferred- Critical care experience with drips, ventilators, and advanced life support preferred- Prior ICU experience highly desirable- Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented professional**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This position offers the chance to work in a comprehensive ICU environment where you'll expand your critical care expertise across a diverse patient population.
