Job Title: Surgical ICU RN Profession: RN Specialty: Surgical ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 12 Hours per Shift: 12 (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Experience: Minimum 2 years of current Surgical ICU experience, with at least 2 previous travel assignments License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Strong Surgical ICU experience in a Level II Trauma Center; proficiency in EPIC Description: Looking for an experienced RN to work in the Surgical ICU. The candidate must possess a valid RN license and current BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong experience in a Surgical ICU within a Level II Trauma Center is required. Proficiency in EPIC is essential. The patient population includes trauma, transplant, vascular, GI, ortho-spine, and oncology patients. Candidates should have experience with ICU and post-surgical patients, including trauma, vascular, GI, ortho/neuro spine procedures, and general surgery. Availability to work 3 out of 6 weekends per 6-week schedule is necessary. Holiday coverage will be required as needed. Floating to areas of like skill set, including other ICUs and IMCs, may be necessary. Preferred qualifications include Critical Care Certification and completion of a trauma course.
